Put your form on your website

You can put your form on a page of your own website, so a referring practice never leaves your site. This guide covers allowing your domains, copying the code, and opening the instructions written for your practice.

Before you start

The On your website card appears once your link is on, and only the Primary Admin or an Admin sees it. If your link is not on yet, start with Get referred by any office.

Turn on your website form

  1. In the sidebar, select Get referred.
  2. Find the On your website card and turn its switch on.

The first time you turn the switch on, the setup opens underneath it: a link to the full instructions, the websites the form may load on, your referral page, and the code to paste.

Allow the websites that may load the form

For security, the embedded form loads only on websites you list under Allowed websites. Type your website and select Add; remove one with Remove. If you filled in your website in general settings, Syncroly suggests it for you when you first turn the embed on.

Until at least one website is on the list, the card holds the code back and reads Add a website to see your embed code.

Copy the code onto your site

Once a website is listed, the Embed code appears with two options. Recommended adjusts the form height to fit your page. Basic embed uses a fixed height; use it if the recommended code does not display correctly on your site. Copy the one you want, and paste it where the form should appear.

Most website builders take this through a block for custom code. On builders such as Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress, look for a Custom HTML or Embed block and paste the code there. If your platform has no such block, share your link instead.

The next time you open Get referred, the card shows a short summary instead of the full setup. Copy embed code copies the recommended code, and Edit setup opens everything again.

Open the instructions written for your practice

The On your website card carries a link, How to add it to your website, that opens a page written for your own form, with platform-by-platform steps and your practice already filled in. It is tied to your account, so it opens only from this card, in a new tab, and only for the Primary Admin or an Admin. There is no public address for it.

Once that page is set, it becomes your link, and a Keep your Syncroly link working too box appears. It decides whether your Syncroly link still opens the form.
