Have a clinician review every referral before it goes out
Owners and administrators can require that a clinician sends each referral. Everyone else prepares it and hands it over for review, and the clinician sends it in their own name.
Turn it on in settings: under Practice, open General and switch on Only clinicians can send referrals. A member who is not a clinician then sees a send button that reads Send to, the clinician's name, then for review. The clinician gets an email and finds the draft marked Waiting for your review on their drafts list.
Need one person to keep sending on their own? In settings, under Practice, open Team Members and turn on Can send referrals on their row.
